The Institute of Planning, Architecture and Design is an independent design bureau founded in 2009 by a team of four individuals.

Over the years of diligent work, we have grown from a small design organization into one of the leading players in the market, with a team of over 100 professionals. The company has branches in Ufa and Dubai, with the headquarters based in Yekaterinburg. Today, InPAD specialists design residential, commercial, and industrial properties in cities across Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, as well as in the UAE and Oman.

Our team comprises experts in all fields and areas of work: designers, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, programmers, and we also have our own department for producing complete documentation.

The bureau’s works consistently earns top positions in professional competitions and awards. In 2021 and 2022, we won the «Appearance of the renovation» competition, were named the «Exporter of the Year» in the Sverdlovsk region, and secured first places in the «Architectural Company of the Year» and «Best BIM Solution» categories according to the «PROESTATE & TOBY AWARDS».

Survey of the technical condition of buildings and structures;

– License to carry out design work on objects of cultural heritage
“Institute of Planning, Architecture and Design” LLC has license № ICRF 04468 dated July 25, 2017 to carry out activities on preservation of objects of cultural heritage, monuments of history and culture of the peoples of the Russian Federation

Allowance

– SRO Approval
“Institute of Design, Architecture and Design” LLC is a member of the non-profit partnership “Self-regulated organization “Interregional Association of Designers”. The right to carry out design work is confirmed by an extract from the register of members of the self-regulatory organization, which is posted on the NOPRIZ website.

IT development

– Development of software products for automation of design processes.

“Institute of Design, Architecture and Design” LLC carries out activities in the field of information technology in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation No. 766 dated 08.10.2022.
